[Tagdb] REQ: Tag scaling advice needed for booming Library site

The author here:

is asking for help because his DB is growing very quickly (+100,000
records in 1 week) and he's not sure how to deal with the tags.

Any advice for him would be appreciated.   Comments on that post are
probably the best way to make initial contact.
