[Tagdb] PG, table partitioning and inheritance, and performance

For those analyzing and evaluating DB schemas for tagging applications
- has anyone looked at Bizgres and/or PostgreSQL table inheritance
feature?

Something tells me this could come in very handy and perform well.  Has
anyone looked into this already?
