Ouch.  I suggest you think about this some more.  Storing tags this way
has a lot of limitations.  Trust me, tried it myself and moving away
from that felt goooood :)

Onur - I agree and that is what I do over at simpy.com !

case 1) Tag string without spaces, but without tag separator
case 2) Tag string with spaces and with at least 1 tag separator
