[Tagdb] Tagdb: Requirement analysis

I wrote an article [1] on my blog doing some requirement analysis. I
think the discussion about tagging systems stopped because people don't
see great need, because "everything is as it should".. maybe I'm wrong?

I came to the conclusion that those additional features are requirements
for tagging systems:
- different "viewpoint-distances" to data (includes tag clustering)
- better ways to subscribe to certain topics (includes tag clustering)
- better tools for building/sharing lists, such as wishlists

Let me know what you think.. I'm curious!
