cluster is a semantic context - i.e. "people"- with "friends","beach"
etc is a cluster that emerges natuarlly out of the existing photos on
flickr.
On a set of tags marking a corpus of scientific (natural + social)
papers we may have "people" clustered with "tribes" "demographics" "
behaviour" ...
while "animals" may be clustered with "habitat" "forage" "food chain" .....
Basically words have meaning in a context but here it appears we have
two contexts - one created by the tag cluster and the other the
underlying context (photos, science documents...) from which the cluster
emerges due to tagging by external entities - humans.
A different group of tagging humans may induce different clustering on
the same base context (photos,....).
Just random thoughts .....
